Return Policy
We specialize in selling cars, vans, and trucks. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your vehicle to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when you received it: undamaged, unused, and free from modifications. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions for the return process. Vehicles returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your vehicle, please inspect it thoroughly. If the vehicle is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong vehicle, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain vehicles or situations may not qualify for return, including:

Custom or modified vehicles
Vehicles purchased as-is or for parts
If you have any questions about a specific vehicle, please contact us for clarification.

Sale Vehicles and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale vehicles or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your vehicle for another, the quickest option is to return the current vehicle. Once your return is approved, you can purchase a new vehicle separately.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned vehicle, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
